After the polls and In-Game quesitoning:
The Rules of NSE and No Chaos have Officially Been Implemented to the League.
So a quick rundown of rules are now as states:
Minimum of 4v4 Golem War Matches
Killing of Master Golem is Allowed
Cells Not Allowed
Potions Not Allowed
Special Effect Gear Not Allowed
Chaos Not Allowed
Map and Scheduling will be Determined By League.

Supa, it's not that bad. Believe it or not, I actually supported the NSE rule, and I knew what we had on our account. All we lack is a sword. We still have Beryl/cane stuff to use in place of the others. So we need to buy a sword and enchant it to +8 the next time we have a no break event. That, or just use the cane sword already there.

The funny thing is, the NSE rule is HEAVILY favored towards the more skilled players, since SEs reduce the gap between the bad players and the good players.
Anyone that is GOOD at rakion should be supporting this rule... |

ima laugh when it breaks, better rock that yellow
im only against it cuz the only armor i have is ns, if i had cane i could care less

Remember guys, this is the first League game in a long time. Whether or not it goes well, we will be constantly improving the rules so that it will go well for future scrims.

How would it break when it's a no break event? |
my bad thought he wanted to get +8 and then try for +15 during no break event
