Ugh -.- I think the power outage fk'd my computer up.. it runs like way slower >_<Used>_<Any>.> I checked for virus/spyware and stuff ran a few things -> nothing. >=[

You have no USB ports? 
So you are saying your ports no works but your Microsoft mouse works with it? Then isn't that a mouse problem instead? My mouse started fudging up last year, sometimes it would stop working or trigger moves in Rakion like invincible attack without me clicking, but I just bought a new mouse and it fixed the problem.

Um.. well my USB ports dont work.. And my computer seems to be running slower. Like it loads up in 3 minutes, before used to be like 30 seconds.. And yeah everything is so slow.. I dont have any virus' or spyware i believe.. i checked for that already. :/ yeah my usb ports are toast i think

thank you sir but i already ran mbam =o no detections.
spybot had no detections.
i used ccleaner to clean up things as well
i also tried using system restore, i went to like.. 2 days ago. and i still had same slowness problems. Slow problems like : Msn loading slow, rakion loading/playing slow. Computer loading slow. But for some reason things like Internet, web browsers are still quick. i undid system restore cause it did nothing =p.
and right now.. im running defragmenter. doubt it'll do anything too much but it might. let's hope =D.
update you tomorrow afternoon =o when im home from school.. =/ all we doin in like every class is watchin movies -.- 3/4 classes is movie -.- they are pretty decent at least .

yeah but u dont need my info yoshi -.-
and it's fixed. its my usb port(s). there must be one or two that got zapped during power outtage.. .. my dad figured it out somehow he disabled them in device manager, and my computer was back to normal speed. it was taking up 100% cpu usage o.o
like my cpu usage was at 100% constant.. and then disable usb drives/w/e and then cpu usage went to 0. = auto fix o.o kewl.
