For Cells the lower the attack speed, the faster it is... It's strange. You can compare the black cells with their normal counterparts. And looking at this comparison it is obvious that all black cells attack faster, but their numbers in their attack speed are lower. I believe the numbers in cells' attack speed refer to the seconds of delay between each attack.

i think the fact that lower attack speed is better for cells has been known for a while now.
notably, the stat seems to refer to the time between the start of each attack. the black crossbow shoots every 2 seconds, but the delay between the end of a shot and the start of another is less than that. its more like theres two seconds between when it prepares the first shot and when it prepares the second. leading to the possibility of cells shooting nonstop.

as Alway, and a nak that can do 450 damage, crazy, thats right up there with the SC, but it still dies in 1 hit lol
