Aaron, and I were looking around and found new ports to fix the 999ms Bug. We have found the soultion. We have tested over 100 games in all types of levels. 99.9% Effective, only 1 rare occassion with one person have 999ms

The new ports are:

* 4222
* 40706

Make sure you set it at Both, Just follow the picture below

2300-2399 udp gets the job done.

Opening 4222-40706 tcp and udp is basically asking to get hacked.
