what are those lights in the back that's squiggly? If I'm guessing correctly, the exposure time was VERY long thus giving you that picture. that kinda of picture won't do any good -0-
BTW, I live in Houston also..

I've had pictures similar to this where I mistakenly took picture over a roll of film that I already taken picture with ( long ago ).
Also with Digital Camera, I took a longer exposure pictures and my hand moved, and made the picture with light coming out of ppl's eyes and etc.
This picture in my opinion is most likely result of photographic error or done on purpose with longer exposure with movement.
I think there's spirits and etc. but this picture was a poor example.

He coulda taken the picture on a roll of film he already used and just double exposed it ive done this before T_T imagine 6 flags in your backyard ... anyways...it looks like a digital camera pic so he just didnt have a steady hand and/or his shutter speed was set to SLOW |

The ground of the tombstone is still and clear.
The background is blurry.
probably the "ghost" is transparent and that probably caused the background to be blurry and the ghost was probably standing right beside the tombstone, that is why the ground is clear.
It may also be floating too.

Well I voted no, the realms of science are constantly in a state of flux, but ethereal being are not something I would stake any chips on.
Also.... I'm not trying to say your guilty of editing rob, but the straight edge of the "ghost" on the left side is peculiarly suspicious. Not only that, but the "ghost" itself displays a different resolution than the rest of the image.. interesting indeed.
