This is just an idea, but maybe you can post on the Rakion Free Bord and that Rakion Clan PR Board. Some people might look at that.

If you want other clans to participate, please urge them to apply before the deadline. There will be NO extensions on the deadline. Honestly, I'd rather start small and build up the reputation and recognize mistakes/concerns then starting big with a lot of problems that are not addressed.
