Sorry bro thats a BIG no. I build comps for fun, and that rig isnt worth that amount of money.
The best thing you can go with now (as in set-up wise) would be:
ASUS P5B Deluxe 775 Motherboard
Intel E6600 Conroe 2.4GHZ 4MB Cache
Geforce 7950GT 512MB Superclocked (Best bang for buck) OR
Geforce 8800GTX 768MB DX10 (Futureproof)
OCZ Platinum 2GB RAM (or 4GB to be future proof)
For me to build that rig with the power supply, case, hard drive, motherboard and all the little accessories and shit you need to get the thing running (minus a keyboard, moniter, and mouse assuming you have those already), would run somewhere between 1400-1800 bucks.. I can build 2 rigs that would score a TINY bit less that yours if not better if overclocked.
A rig over 2000 dollars simply is not worth your money. _________________

Im not sure if 2-3k dollars more is worth "what it offers" imo, but hey it's up to you, just giving you my advice.
EDIT: Also if you do plan on getting that rig, and you want if to "last", then try and configure it to get a 8800GTX, or if you really think your that rich, get 2 8800GTX's. The 1950XTX, although a good card is only DX9 and shader model 3.0, which will soon be inferior technology in 1-2 months when DX10 and shader model 4.0 come out for Vista. The 8800GTX is fully DX10 and Shader model 4.0 compatible, also it actually outscores two 1950XTX's in SLi mode in some games with only one card. Hopefully this will help you a bit _________________
