Softnyx wont reply to my email and Im wondering if anybody knows the managers or GM's email address so I could drop him a line and get this shit with my account fixed.

don't know what the problem is with your account..
but you can go through Q&A of the Customer service.
few things you might need to know.
1. EXP hacking is permanent ban
2. If you were caught by the EXP hack checker then you won't get released.
3. if it was any other problem, then you need to contact them via Q&A of Customer Service through Cracks (hacks) section.

| Yeah I was banned for "game hack used". They wont reply to my Q&A's when I ask them how they think Ive used a hack and how they caught me.. so Im trying to get in touch with the manager since the staff are being dickheads |

Thats kinda out of the question due to the fact that I level pretty damn slow compared to everyone else, and further more I did not play the day that patch came out but logged on the next day and found my account banned.
Oh, and ive concluded the reason that I was banned is that I played a game with that blueduck fellow and it made it so everyone was chaos..

it doesn't have to be that day.
it could be from past playing. They caught you with the checker.
I don't know much else. just trying to help you understand the reason for the ban.
you can e-mail through Q&A but the way they check, you have to EXP hack in order to get banned.
if you still think it's wrong, Q&A is the only way ^^

| I know, Ive never hacked or anything of that sort. I played in a game with that lvl 99 hacker a couple days before they banned me and in his game you were forced to go chaos, I stayed until the game ended and Im guessing that is why I was banned. Now im just trying to get in touch with someone who will actually listen |

hmm.. I don't know dude .. e-mail them and ask.. cause there were few that got banned for playing in that game but their reason for ban was different.
e-mail them through Q&A and ask then wait.. that's all I can tell you..
