Paypal takes a huge percentage for service charge and the seller protection program is terrible. :/
If there's enough interest here I can buy a good chunk of cash and resale, but I'd need a different method other than paypal since I've closed my account with paypal.

I think there is a resaler that Softnyx designated.
here's the noticed they put up.

Based on charge history and play log, charging amount per user is limited to $50 a month. Any amount over $50 will be refunded.
Also, if you live where other payment options are available, you can't pay with PayPal.

horazon could just reverse the payment, its painfully easy with paypal, and they dont investigate transactions for intangible goods, and by default allow the reverse.
Can you tell I've had some problems? ~_~
