My my... seems like everyone has something to say now a days.

Anyway lets get a few things str8.

First off when i posted the apology thread to warrior is was MY apology from him to me for my part in giving his name as a possible hacker without getting the proper resources first. As i said before i just scanned the list.
The apology was NOT on behalf of the admin team nor did i say it was anywhere on the post that it was. If anyone... ANYONE wanted to apologize they should have posted a separate post instead of latching onto mine. However i didnt see that happen. And hey im not just singling out strokke, i didnt see any of the other admins do it either. No sincere apology. However this next part will explain why.

The admin team did NOT have a decision on the bans. Though i reported the possible suspects i didnt have a say in the bannings. Also, when i took a look at the private admin thread i only saw strokke commenting on the situation with jowy. Dark rz threw in a word about 1 person and that was it from him. So as far as im concerned, strokke took my list, didnt really investigate it a bit more (even though there were people vouching for some people on the list) and placed the ban.

Some of u might say "they were only vouching no proof". Well as many of u can see one of the people i reported was meeprawr. Strokke vouched for him and thus he wasnt banned, he didnt present proof. Based on that i feel that the people who were vouching for the honestly of those in the list should have been considered before the list was put up.

i presented the raw material and expected the admin team to process it. However, i did not see that happen at all.

From what i can tell from all these outbursts on the forums is that people saw my apology, a full sincere apology to 1 player who i realized i had falsely reported, and want the admin team or at least strokke to give a full, sincere apology to warrior vu as well as anyone else who might have been falsely reported. This would include the reasoning for doing it in the first place, the realization of why it was wrong, and then of course the apology part. It cant be some impersonal "half-assed" (as some people called it) apology which when u read it strikes u as "yea we banned them so what? we might have made a few mistakes and we are sry"

While warrior vu was used as an example it wasnt the argument as some inept people thought (which btw, ive deleted their posts because i cant stand to lower my IQ by reading their responses).

To those of you who are making assumptions of how the league admins work i thank you. Why? Because these assumptions, are what we should follow, even though we dont. While strokke is the founder of the rakion league he even said that he considers himself as an equal among the admins... not the figure head. If this is to remain an IMPARTIAL league we can have figure heads... just members who want to contribute to the community like jowy, dark, and me. (<---part of what some people are mentioning)

Also, we cant be hypocritial here. Even the league admins abused. Ive done it, god knows koku has done it (he is banned from the game at the moment to show u how much) and dark and jowy have done it to some extent. The only person who says he hasnt is strokke. w/e thats fine. Its ur choice to believe him or not. However when u look at the clan IcE its hard to say they didnt especially since we all know most of them were banned. But w/e im getting beside the point. The point is that because we have all abused in some way shape or form it should not be up to use to determine who gets banned or not. Though we the admins are generally good dedicated in the game we simply can not base our decisions with our resources (that is... if we ever actually all comment on who gets banned or not instead of just having 1 or 2 admins say a few things while not consulting the others).

This task then should fall on the community and on softnyx. The league should ban anyone who softnyx bans. Further more because you, the players, are in the game you are our most valuable asset in terms of giving us information.

This nak swapping thing would have had a lot better ending if the community as a whole helped point out who swapped or not. This would help clean up the most extreme cases (such as lvling from lvl 30 to 50 like lindizzle did.... sry linda ran out of examples lol) and make sure that we get the right people.

On a side note. As for me and lux. No one knows the story and quite frankly on one will know the story of whats happened. However they are my clan and as such they will come first for me just as im sure you all must feel about your clans. They are your family, your friends, hell, sometimes the sole reason you play the game despite the hacking/abusing/bugs/lag/stupid people in the game. however this is why we have multiple admins... to lvl out the biases of the others. If everyone does the job right we will have no problems.

I scimmed it.. seems pretty good.. I now wonder why there is so much fighting around still..
Like i said earlier.. the winner of this tournement is thw people that learned the most and the ones that had the MOST FUN And right now.. not many people are having any fun.

NOw that i think about it. .the only events that people don't abuse is the cash charging event and the valentine stage events... .. oh and the easter puzzle event. Now if they would only learn that works..

there are abuses in every aspect of the game, its the extent that you take the abuses to that matters.

and also whether or not said abuse gives you advantage via knowledge and strategy, or via level and stats which have no real reflection of your skill anymore.
