RL's banning.

RL's admin supposed not to bann abusing players from RL.
Banning players for abusing is softnyx's job.
You supposed to give them penalty points, not banning them.

Just report absuing players to softnyx and let softnyx do the job.
Most reasonable thing that RL's admin can do is posting only fact
such as swapping V.2.

Banning players from RL for abusing = You are making your own world.
Players have big chances to think that RL's admin is abusing his power.
There are a lot of different people. Different thoughts and emotions.
Do not post warning that an admin will bann abusing players from RL.

To run a league like this one, an admin needs respects.
If you lose them, it is done, then.

Posting only fact, not warning or banning. = Most agreeable Act.
A good fact makes people to be more careful
and would not think that an admin having fun with his power.

Giving penalty points on abusing players = Very good idea.
Only little % of players would complain and another % of players
would not because it is reasonable.

Change league's rules so as much as number of players can enjoy the league.
League will not stand without a large number of players' agreements.

I repeated myself. I hope it is understandable.

Another subject. To Strokke.
You must expect and be ready for people's talkings on IcE as long as you post
important things. You can not get away from people's thoughts in a group.
I rate your work very high and hope this league will grow bigger by fixing problems
and spread all over the world.
Do not feel bad by people's emotinal opinions.
A human can misunderstand to each other very easily.
Recognite a great variety of humans.
Remember that they could be changed by time and influences.
Time does most, of course. And it always help humans.
I mean,
Think of your past. You did not have any idea of league.
Right now, you do and you will have better ideas.
EVerything is on a process.

since when has softnyx ever taken action that satisfied anybody? how many swappers are still out there? yes, we may seem to go too far, but we as a league still have a responsibility to try and stop the clans participating from doing this. Basically no clan wins if your clans are going to level unfairly. Let's say we don't punish the clans who did cheat; in that case, it will be the legitimate clans who are punished, since they have to face a clan that has now leveled through illegitimate means. Yes, there will be a backlash, because there are no winners when we try and keep the league clean, BUT I think most of you can appreciate what we are trying to do. So yea.

Wow...MOE's English sounds just like Softnyx's English. It even has the sporadic randomly interchanged letters. For example, "recognite" should be "recognize," but "z" is nowhere near "t" on the keyboard.

Rakion is a small game. To a small number of players, RL's rules must
be flexible.

League that 300+ players participate in must have strict rules.

Because it is a small game, everyone should have a chance to enjoy in RL.
If not, only few number of clans will participate in the future.
It could be few clans' party.

Banning for lving-up unfairly is not a good idea.
First, report abusing players to softnyx then if it did not work,
give him penalty.
But yes, a player who uses a hack progeam such as boosting stats must be banned from RL for one season.

Here are my opinions to give ways of penalty to lvling-up-uf players.

1) Can not attend only one or two matches. An empty spot can be filled by an another player.
2) Can not move 30-60 seconds at beginning of match.
3) Be 2 free kills to an opposite team in first and second rounds. An opponent team may choose
which player gets 2 kills.
4) your new opinion.

I think abusing players are decreasing because softnyx is doing a good job.
Their reactions to abusing players are slow but in the end, something long and big happens.

My point is that rules have to be flexible because Rakion is a small game.

I feel very shy to type English this long and show it to people.
I am just going to knock my neibor's door and ask for weed then have a fun by watching
Japanese and Korean porns. (A Korean porn is more realistic than Japan's.)

The abuse during the league will carry into matches that the player is allowed to play in, if you ban the player for a match or two, then they are still allowed to play in the remainders, where their unfair levels will have a huge impact on match which that players team would have otherwise lost.

The league is already suspending players from a games, so they are not outright banning people just yet, this should show everyone that they are trying to avoid having to ban players and if i had been an admin, you can be sure that i would be all for outright banning. i think they are being generous as it is.
