so i have been playing the beta for a little while now and the game is amazing. the only flaw is that it isn't in english which will be fixed soon. i recorded one of my pvp fights.

Some companies gobble up the names, whereas others wait until people buy it and then jump all over them about legalities (good example is Apple and Microsoft... and OnLive).
Game companies usually don't care. You just need to make it clear that you're a fansite and 'unofficial.'

| if you use google crome it translates the page for you. and yea the site has been getting picked up by scaners for some reason. |

it's free2play with a cash shop and the cash shop doesnt really do much more than change how you look as of now.

Didn't translate the site yet but does it say when the English version is coming out?
Battery looks pretty gory with the ragdolling and limbs being torn out, but doesn't seem to be anything special. I only watched the vid you linked so I don't know what other features it has. I'd rather play Battlefield or something just from watching the vid.
