Not dedicated, it's VPS hosting.

Their servers are crazy fast and they guarantee 100% uptime. They also give you root access although the server is fully managed by them. Support is freaking amazing, they average a measly 10 minutes to reply and get the job done. I could go on and on about how damn good this company is. I research a lot for web hosts and I haven't heard a single complaint thrown their way.
