There was a scheduled maintenance at around 11 PM last night. It was supposed to last only 30 minutes so I have no idea why the hell the site's still down. My web host hasn't responded to my emails either so it looks like it's time to finally switch hosts.
Sorry for the inconvenience, especially for all those in the middle of trades.

Update
Site's been down 28 hours and my web host still has not offered me any support whatsoever. Ridiculous. I've been a customer for nearly 4 years. I honestly can't say when the site will be back online.
Good news though. I decided to pony up today (even though I'm a poor college student and pay $700+ Canadian for rent) and buy a new server for the site. I'm fed up with these performance issues. I used to pay $20/mo but now I got this bad boy:
* Intel Dual Xeon (8 CPUs)
* 1024MB Guaranteed SLM RAM
* 80GB RAID-10 Disk Space
* 2000GB Bandwidth
* 4 Dedicated IPs
* cPanel / WHM (VPS Optimized)
* Virtuozzo 4 with Power Panel
* Base Price: $89/month
Performance should be significantly better. However it will take time for them to set up the server and then transfer all the data to it.
Very sorry about this the downtime everyone. I know a lot of you were in the middle of transactions.  I have no way of contacting R.biz members atm so if anyone asks, let them know there are better times ahead lol.

The forums have successfully migrated to the new server!
Most people should be able to see the forums now.
However, this make take longer for some people depending on their ISP. Try clearing cache and refreshing the page.
If it's been hours, you can use this technique:
1) go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
2) open up the HOST file
3) add this at the end of the file:
209.188.82.228 rakion.biz
209.188.82.228 www.rakion.biz
4) clear cache and refresh page.
The above should only be done if you're really desperate to see the forums again. Be sure to undo the above when your ISP does propagate the new DNS settings though (when you remove the lines and can see the forums).
Edit: Made a slight mistake; all fixed.

I like it too, it's so easy to see how slow the old server was when pages load now. 
I sure hope it's worth it! I have a few more sites I'm going to be hosting in the future which simply would not have worked on a shared hosting plan. The 30 hours of downtime really ticked me off and sped up the process however.
