Ever since the latest patch, I cannot get my daily pots from my power pak nor buy anything from the shop. I get a Run Time Error and have to restart Rakion. Does anyone else have this problem or does anyone know the fix?

i get runtime error trying to buy capsules. and the latest error doesnt allow u to go to euro server which infuriates me.

SOftnyx is trying to locate the problem with this patch.
seems like only certain people are having this issue.
So if you are having issue with this latest update, re-install rakion with the latest full version and see if that resolves the problem. ( i know this sounds redundant )
If not, let me know with your computer specs by dxdiag.
it may be just 64bit OS or non XP OS that may be causing the problem.
I'm using XP SP3 32bit and i have no problem whatsoever and can't help softnyx patch this issue.
So, all who are having issues just write your dxdiag info here and result whenever you re-installed with latest full version. ( i recently formatted and installed newest full version, which is why i'm thinking i don't have the problem )
So, hope i get more info so this can be patched ASAP.

Thanks Joek. I notice that I don't have the problem if I use Jeremy's PC which is running VISTA. My PC runs XP. So, until we figure it out I can get my pots and any other shop items I need using that one.

Where did I mention it being a bug? I'm perfectly aware of the lock being there cause Softnyx wants people to be in the appropriate servers, although in this state Rakion is now it only will make more people quit cause they can't play with friends.

Yeah, i have notfied of certain users in europe not able to join europe servers. I hope softnyx does fix that problem soon.
but other than that, I don't know what exactly they'll do with the country limit.
But as for me saying it's not a bug, it was due to people from "Egypt and Arab countries" saying they can't connect to Europe1. Which is normal.
So with that covered, I would still like some info of people who has the error in shop or gifts. I'm thinking it may be OS issue with updates.
I have XP SP3 with latest OS updates with latest Rakion full version file installed.
That's basically what I'm trying to figure out. Who has what problem with what type of system.
So give me some info so i can send it over to softnyx for faster response.

And BTW, whoever is e-mailing asking to get free stuff for reporting hacks, STOP.
It's annoying and not going to happen.
If you have hacks, send it via Q&A and they'll take care of you in their own time.
I am not Softnyx. I just happen to represent them at times when their english is limited and need a translator.

Update!!!
If you are using Windows XP please do the following and re-install rakion.
go to control panel > regional language option > Languages Tab on top> check box next to install files for East Asian Languages.
This should install support for east asian languages that may be the cause of this problem.
I'm not sure if you have to re-install rakion or not after installing the languages, but I just wanted to make sure this may be the temp. solution.
If you get it working afterwards, please let me know.
If it still doesn't work afterwards, please let me know also.
