damn harsh, i don't think ark's comment was directed at anyone in general, just a general observation that he has.
it does happen everyday, u see some of them being banned but again, its not hard to make a new account and resume. They do IP bans now also, but then again its not hard to go through a proxy or set one up to do this sort of thing
