Ok,s o this time it's with my Laptop. I tried using it last night to play. My problem---default it's in console mode, and I can't use any of the F keys because they have default functions on teh laptop which over-ride the in-game functions. How do I make it so I can use my F4/F9 so I can change to FPS mode and so that I can open my messenger when I'm in a game?

This one's just a quick guess since I've never encountered this issue. If you don't already run rakion as an admin, which we learned how to do last time ^_^, run it as one and I believe it should solve your problem.
This is yet another issue introduced with Windows Vista.
