I guess this is the backup plan made by the league organizers to allow them to let the teams with 2 losses join further competitions, which explains why they did not clarify how the league was gonna proceed after the first elimination round. I feel that there is this whole conspiracy thing going on behind all this to either waste our time or to give their "favorite" teams a second chance. Once again, this is your league, so do whatever you think best suits your own damn taste. This thread is to point out the fact that this season's management lacks organization (whether or not intentionally).

The issue is more that once we moved the Euro's to a seperate bracket, we had to have some way of playing a semi-finals. If there were more teams, then the 2 loss teams probably wouldn't have moved on. That simple. Unfortunately, the decision is what it is, and in order to have a semi-finals round, the two-loss teams need to advance.

EDIT: Also, I think I can say this, this season was sort of a "trial run" in trying to get the league going again. It was an attempt to see what the interest in it was, and what rules we will need to accomodate for.

Man we didnt come here to try and kick Praeda's ass, we wanna kick some USA/CAN ass, well the only clan that would give us a hard time would be Deity haha.

That's just ridiculous

You're overblowing this.

The finals make sense, you have the top 2 teams from each bracket(Minus Euros) that advance. That leaves the teams a chance to fight between brackets before deciding a final match. I'm sure many people wanted a chance to fight teams of another bracket. It could have been top team advances and gone right to finals, but Anthyny decided it would be this way, so whats the big deal? This isn't drastically different from other seasons in the past, regular season went to playoffs went to finals, it just so worked out that we had so few teams this season that we could only really cut out 1 team per bracket if we still wanted to have some form of playoffs. I'm sure he would have cut out 2 teams per bracket if there weren't this issue of the europeans being separated.

Weren't you involved in a conspiracy theory in the past as well Most? There is no secret plot to overthrow the Rakion world with our moderating wrath. The decision was made primarily by Anthyny with input placed from the players as well as other moderators.

When it comes to the European clans, there was no certainty that the latency issues would be such a large issue for so many. The point of a test is to discover these things.

Your overall source of frustration seems to be the need to scrim a little more than you would have otherwise. Why is this such a terrible thing? Have your clan replace you in matches if the desire to scrim isn't there.

Anthyny is trying to make it an enjoyable experience for those involved. Throwing it in his face is rather counterproductive.

And this season was meant to be a test anyways.

I will admit it is heavily disorganized.

Wanna know how I chose who fought who this bracket?
Wrote numbers on dog treats and took which ever one my dog picked up first and matched em up.

And what else, I did it about 5 mins before Sunday was over.

No one is hurting from the disorganization besides yourself apparently and if they are, they are all free to voice their opinions as well, but as of now this the league was not made to pacify you. And is based of what a majority of the community thinks. And unfortunately no matter what your ego tells you or how big it is, you do not make a majority of the community sir.

Feel free to have your clan drop out if you guys feel that way. We'll get along fine with or without you. I'll just let BOSS keep playing =P

It would be appreciated if you could perhaps suppress your urge for drama and not create a second thread about this.
