Gear NOT allowed in the competition are as follows:

Gear Causing the "Fear" effect.
Gear Causing the "Slow" effect.
Gear Causing the "Freeze" effect.
Gear Causing the "Absorb" effect.

Also with the rule of No Chaos being used and as per request.
Elemental Arms, Bracers, Helm and Weapons will be Allowed.

Hey I have this program if you guys don't mind using it, it cancels out all the effects of armor. If you guys agree to use this may I continue using my ns set?
