NSE Rule

Might be a bit biased comment coming from someone who has +15 elemental shoulders and braces, but as far as EU's NSE games go, the following "SE" items are allowed:

Elemental helmet
Elemental shoulders
Elemental bracers
Macchu Picchu armor set (NOT weapon since it has ele weapon capablities)
El Dorado armor set (read above)

NSE is thus defined as items not possessing fear, freeze, slo-mo, healing and critical hits / chaos drain. I'm guessing the last ones (ele / macchu / dorado weapons' effects) would be allowed too if the game were NCh (No Chaos), as then they do no harm.

Elemental head- and armgear only give stat-benefits (which is what "truly NSE" items do), so I don't see any reason to disallow them (unless the 2-4% stat boost they give is deemed decidedly overpowered compared to other equipment?). Same goes for the later mentioned event armors, as their effect (dubbed the "pink effect") has the consequence of somehow decreasing the chances of the person struck expelling SEs from themselves.

Elemental helmet, shoulders and arm should be allowed since it doesn't give out any of the effects such as fear, slow, hp drain, freeze.
They don't harm the team play and make the game annoying so I see no problem in having them.

If the league is nochaos(which it should be) ele weaps should be allowed(they dont even add stats anyway some players just like the feel of them) because the chaos steal would i no way affect anyone
