NSE Rule

We've been discussing on whether or not to implement this rule with the league, for those of you that don't know,

NSE = No Special Effect which means
Alot of popular gears would become unusable during league therefore enforcing a similar playing to style to what alot of you call "Old Rakion"

Almost everyone I discussed this with in game agreed that it was good idea from a VERY select few who disagreed.

Yoshi has requested that I ask you guys here on the actual league forum as well though for further feedback.

Alot of the players I spoke too have +15 SE gear and all agreed to create some normal gear for this rule. Whether or not they abide by it of course is a different story. Some will get that stuff to +15 too probably just because they can of course. Lol.

If its in the game, then it should be allowed to use. What if someone doesnt have the gold/cash to get a NSE armor and enchant it to +8 just for a league.

As usual players should just adapt there strategy (if theres any anymore -_-) to SE items.

Personally I vote for /1
However, nearly everyone in USA/Canada do only have SE items which would be hard to implicate the rule...
Also I don't really mind SE in clan wars as long as the clan war is over 4 vs 4 since SE doesn't help much when it's a big war. In my opinion, it makes your teamwork even worse and you cannot even team with your teammates.

An example of what I mean could be: if blue team has SE and one of the blue guys get hit by a red guy and the blue guy fears then it wont allow the other blue guys to attack the red guy who attacked the blue guy (fearer). Therefore, the only damage the red guy would receive is fear while he/she can deal more damage to the blue guys.

Haha if you get what I mean...

Anyhow, as long as the league matches are over 4 vs 4 then SE is fine...
If not, then NSE!

Lol, i think the clans that would fight each other should decide whether to go SE or NSE.
