It's impossible for me to tell whether you did give out your account info, or, somehow somebody who probably got on your account prior to you changing your password, managed to get back on your account.
However, you did lose your items regardless and I'm sorry this happened, but you shouldn't rely on Softnyx to get your stuff back; they aren't exactly the smartest company there is, and they're lazy too.
Softnyx: Yes, get over it. Just go charge another 200k cash and then everyone's happy.
