Thanks a bunch.Softnyx just gave me this reply when i tell them about my items getting hacked,i can swear to god it wasn't me who sent the items to that account and i don't share account.I aren't that senile as to send 2 +15 items for nothing but they insist that the IP was the same...but seriously it isn't me.i don't know how that guy got into my account -.-Heres the screenshot of softnyx's reply and stamp usage list

| Well maybe one of your clanmates did that.. Since you share accounts, the GM might not be able to find anything wrong with the IP address. Honestly I feel the reason must be one of your clanmates, because even [Lust]Desire got his stuff back when he got hacked by Chicky[KFC] after 1 day.. |

or overall solution to your problem. dont share your account. even if you can trust the person do you REALLY REALLY KNOW?

| fyi i only share my account with 1 person who is the person who has been spending cash on the account..no one else,not even [s]cali when i know the trade event is coming i change my password a while before the trade arrived. |

I'm usually pretty sympathetic about these things but...
It's your own fault. Don't share your account. Account security is not Softnyx's responsibility, it's yours. Noone hacks accounts, they just exploit YOUR vulnerabilities to get your information. You willingly gave someone your info and it's your fault.
Don't give out your info. |

Noone has "hacked" any accounts in the entire history of Rakion (Actually, nobody except BlueDuck. That guy could do some really weird shit). They either got into your email, or you gave the wrong person your info. End of story. You didn't get hacked, you slipped up and you're covering for your mistake. Plus, why would they hack you for crappy Frozen Reds anyways? The only way this person would steal your items are if it was easy and convenient. If he could hack accounts, he would just go hack some high level people and get their 15+ enchanted gear instead of yours.
No, this person got your account info either from you or a friend and jacked your stuff. Don't share your info and this won't happen to you. |

i don't share info...and i even changed my password right before the post system came out -.-.Furthermore i really don't know that guy didn't even talk to him at all,and i don't reply scammers or visit any scam sites  |
