The "no enchant" button already exists. It's called "Basic mode". If there's gonna be no enchant, there might as well be no stat too, right? Because clearly, users with ~1200 PU points are gonna dominate those with ~200, and everyone would complain about balance, and noone would use it.
It's more like, there's room for "No Pot" and "No Effect" toggles. |

actually.. the classes are quite balance in my sense,they all excel in what they are made for.
the bad thing is effects of equipment works in basic mode as well as stats of level 1 armour i suppose(that should explain why stats of elemental equipments are working in basic mode) |

Enchants dont count in basic mode either.
And basic mode is plenty balanced. Blacksmiths usually end up dominating face at end-game too. |

Level 1 equip doesn't work, elementals work because their effect is applied differently.
imo, play a basic mode game, smith smith smith ninja ninja smith smith warrior ninja smith warrior
1 archer who leaves after a round
maybe a mage...
