it does more than that, i think i slowed people down if i didnt get any elemental.

interesting, ive never noticed other effects from using the body, just the elemental ones.
(Although you can slow without slowing equipment...somehow...)

I think it may be a bug on softnyx's part, because people in 11-30 are doing it with full mercenary armor. I wouldn't doubt this though... they're really screwing up royally these days.
*edit* This is a nifty stat calculator, now I know what my smith could do with 80 stats and full +15, which is actually not that bad. +1

since i saw a video on youtube... the ninja's wearing any northern armor would get the bug.

with tiger on my archer(only tiger) i can slow ppl only who have slow gear never any other time so i guess it works both ways |

Thats funny, wear slow equipment and you can get slowed by people without slow equipment...
I wonder if it increases your chances from other people who are wearing slow equipment
