Try to torrent "CS 4 Micro edition"
It's like only 50-60 MB, has all the features, and loads up super fast. O.O Been using it for a year now and it works flawlessly. I think I got it from Demonoid.
I wish my school offered CS4... I got 2 copies of Windows 7 for free though.
