Minizing the most amount of lag possible please...

thx guys all these things helped decrease my lag alot too, however i still have one constant problem, it seems that i cant connect to certain ppl if i just join a room with me and that person because their ms shows up as 476 or something in green. but when other ppl join their ms goes back down to like 110 and i can play with them. i will post pics asap. i also occasionally see few people having "double arrows" or they grip twice or something.
