Extra details on Season 5(Updated 11/20)

Updates:
On the scouters, it is important for managers to remember that many rules can be bent as long as the managers agree. Therefore, if you trust the other manager, you're welcome to agree to no scouters.
Schedule
Schedule will be different due to the large amount of teams that registered.
You will have 1 month (It is likely there will be an extension for this season given that we bump into christmas/new years break) to face every other team 1 time. You will receive penalty points for matches you did not complete.
Teams with large amounts of unplayed matches will be disqualified, and as a result, all matches played against them may be disqualified as well. This is to prevent inactive teams from unfairly affecting team scores if they are unable to play against them. Therefore, there will be no penalty points given for missing a match against that team, and the matches there were played against that team will not be counted.
NPC - No Portal Camping
A team may not cross to the other half of the map until all players are in the SU area. This is quite obviously a measure taken to prevent the major inbalance in draco SU, depending on your move speed, spawn point, and team color, you can unfairly attack your opponents as they enter the SU area, this is NOT allowed, and will be penalized.
End Updates

Up to 3 3-person teams per clan, 1 player may not participate in multiple teams.

Each and every team member must submit a screenshot of the equipment/stats they will be using during the match. They must be PMed to me, or e-mailed to admin@rakionleague.com
Variations from the stats in the screenshot may result in the player being banned from the league or even the whole clan banned.
A new screenshot submission is mandatory if equipment/stats/enchants have changed before the match.
This is to offset the chance of someone stat hacking. If you suspect someone to be stat hacking, please record video of them hitting you and how much damage they deal to you. If video is unavailable, screenshots will help. If anyone needs Fraps to do this, PM me.

One exception:
Scouters are allowed in the SPAWN ONLY! They are NOT allowed in the SU area. Scouters will be used because people are LOVEholes so this should make things more equal for those who actually follow rules.

For those of you thinking about Steam potting, read the paragraph above, you will be banned for stat hacking.

Backup Players
Any player tagged in a team's clan may act as a backup player for that team, HOWEVER, once a player acts as a backup, they can ONLY be used as a backup for that team. In other words, any clan member may be a backup, however, the rule of 1 player only being able to participate in 1 team still applies.

Schedule will revert to the old league, round-robin style, 1 match per week. With players afterwards consisting of the top 8 teams. With teams of 3 people, I don't think there should be any scheduling difficulties.

they should be showed 2 every1 so that people have an idea
the admin doesnt see how much a spec takes off with steampacking or not steam packing

not everyone wants to make their stats public

its to catch stat hackers, not give everyones stats away.
If you suspect someone to be hacking/steam potting, record the damage they do, preferably by video, and the admins will deal with it by checking the screenshots and possible recreating the situation.
Im obviously not going to stop people from posting their stats, but I'm not going to force them either. It really isnt fair to demand people to post their stats :/ and Id hope not necessary either...
