Hi, im new to this frum but ive played Rakion for approimatly 3 years. I have a majour problem, wereby a blacksmith lagged in-game, was unable to see me with the golden sword and took a print screen and accused me of hacking. I recieved a permanent bann and i did not do anything wrong. As i do not know the name of the backsmith who reported me as i did not take a print screen myself as it seemed like a perfectly normal match to me; meaning i also dont know anyone else in the match, i cannot find anyone to support me who was in the game i was in.
The only defence i have is that it would take meer seconds for a hacker to kill the master golem without the golden sword and it took me at least a minuit to kill both golems with all my stats in range and cell destruction. Please can somebody help? i have mailed softnyx along with several of my friends and all my friends got a reply, all being negative. I have sent one off too, but i have not had a reply for 3 days, so please can someone help?

tbh I don't see how a screenshot would make very good evidence in that case at all.
However this is a known glitch and typically relates to LAN problems or connection issues related to outdated firmware or having unforwarded ports, and could be the fault of either party.
I'd point that out to them and see if they have any sympathy.

well they might actually. but heck, there are too many hackers out there that can make excuses.(Not that I'm saying you are.) So should they really sympathize?
