Assuming Admin team has not been sleeping (Sorry I was up all night studying...I'm new to this thing too!), the lineups should be posted on the site.
Just let the other team know you are subbing in player X, who is not on the lineup for player Y, who is.
A problem could definitely arise if the lineups haven't been posted then a clan could just be dishonest, however they would most likely be caught after the match.

That much I think I understand, it's a question of how do you go about substituting during the match?
Do you all leave the room and recreate the game? |

Oh once the match is underway just try to do it inbetween rounds. Just make sure you don't have 7 players at any point

Lesson is asking in the case of his clans game versus xBHx. They had to recreate a game due to 1 of the xBHx member disconnecting from the game. After he was disconnected he tried to come back in, but 1 player from xBHx has problems after the game has started. Meaning that anyone who tries to come in will have 999 ms to him.
Therefore everyone left and recreated the game. The member who got disconnected got disconnected during round 3. Fatesealers already had 2 wins. So when the game was recreated they let them win twice, to recreate the lead that they had before.

The only problem that I have with that situation is that 3rd round. Unless it was at the very beginning before any damage had been done they should have played it out (or at least given fatesealers credit for that round). At first it sounded like Jowy had made them all waiting room for no reason but now I can see why they had to do that (and it was a good decisions).
The game doesn't get paused when somebody disconnects, however in a situation like this where the game is not letting him back in I can understand going waiting room. Hopefully this doesn't happen very often though

| If a player 999 bugs, doesn't that player generally become invisible to 1 or more people in the game? |

He was disconnected in round 2; near the beginning, but he did not leave the game until round 3.
The problem was that when he(pillow) was trying to reconnect, and as one members(nova) was trying to sub in for another who's ping went through the roof(chazes); neither could connect with one of the other members(supa). and we ended up having a person from fatesealers on our team; an obvious problem.
Even though the disconnect first happened in round 2; I didn't believe that should nullify that round as the rules would state; but when no one could rejoin for round 3; it became a mess. So we all left; recreated, and then gave fatesealers 2 rounds at the beginning for the 2 rounds they won.
It's a problem with supa we thought we took care of right before the match; but apparently we didn't. So we'll try and get it fixed up before next match; there are a few more things we can try.
Anyway; sorry about the problems and thanks for your patience.

actually uh, me being the player that disconnected (im having weird problems with spawning lately), i had never spawned for the 2nd round, then at the beginning of the 3rd round i spawned and i got disconnected, but they still considered the 2nd round to be a win for them and i dont really understand why.... -.-

Yea I kept asking people "why is pillow dead?" during the second round but no one could answer lol.
Pillow they should be given that win because under normal circumstances a disconnect is our problem; and thus we are penalized for it. Where the issue came in is that no one could rejoin for the 3rd round because of supa.
