League Change

So this new format didn't really appeal to many people, just didn't really work out. One game played? *sigh* I'm sure there are many reasons for it, decreasing Rakion population, lack of good advertisement, monopoly in high levels, but whatever the reasons, I'd like to propose a change. Instead of a a strict 6v6 team battle league, instead I'd like to have multiple tournaments/competitions that make up a season. These tournaments and competitions could include 1v1, 2v2, 3v3... etc, tag-team, cell fights, class fights, even races, whatever we can come up with. These competitions will have small cash prizes and the winners will receive league points for their team. During a season, the top 2 teams that gain the most points then fight each other in the same format we currently have for finals. 3 games, 11 rounds, 6v6, etc.
This would mean season 5 would be canceled/postponed for changes.

I'm looking for some feedback on this idea, I like the concept and I think more people could be involved and have a more active league. It also brings more aspects into competition and even gives lower levels a chance to compete at least semi-fairly in some of the competitions.

Some things we're considering and I'd like some feedback on:

Race:
Everyone get your fastest ninja Wink I was thinking we could have everyone line up, have a mage make a heal to start the race (ya know, see the heal and you can go, kinda like hearing a gunshot...)
they have to race through some map idk, something with portals though, because the race has to end at a portal where its easy to see whos first through. (Something like Draco would be good)
Additionally, I'd like to stick obstacles into the race, mages winding in random spots, maybe drop a few cells or even just stand in the way.

Cell War:
In the case of small cells this could be done just as nak wars are done. Tomb of the King, CP round followed by the war round. Line up on opposing sides of the pit (front-back if fewer than 6v6 prolly, side-side if 6v6+) and summon at 4:30, no resummons, no interruption, just naks spitting acid Wink
Loser lets winner kill their master golem.

Stage Race:
Start with the lowest lvl character it takes to get into a multiple person stage (stage 6 I believe which should be lvl 3) Have league staff waiting in a room to verify the lvl 3 characters, record the time, and then the lvl 3 must get to lvl 25 as fast as they can (by staging) first people to get to lvl 25 win. You can stage with partners or whoever, but first to come back to the staff room as lvl 25 will win. I am worried about hacking with this though...
All Ses would get your char to lvl 26, but I don't think thats necessary, some of these stages are just straight up nasty(stage 19,20,37)

Basic Battle!
No elementals!
Any size, basic fight.
Naks allowed? I vote yes, I mean they're all defaulted to lvl 1 so it wont matter anyway. But... iono

Hm seems like a good idea. Oh yea about the races on classes or whatever. You could probably also say the players competing can also knock the other players out of the way. I mean just a lil add-on to what you have.

It isn't clan war anymore, just carnival games for fun xD.

I think da season failed, becuz the pre-season is not mandatory, so many clans include my own didnt really care or try to find some other clans for it, I was just hoping the pre-season week goes off, and regular season comes in, so clans will have to fight to stay in da league, kinda way to enforce them, I personally think u should still give it a try just let the regular season start.

i think this season failed because there is really only 1 clan out there that wants to scrim for preseason and wants to scrim for fun to, and thats us :S

Just about all other clans, besides Divine, love to scrim and even if they lose or win they still like scriming because thats the only way there gonna get better.
