I saw him chat a few times in open beta

And he put his name in a few announcements a LONG time ago,
but I havent heard of him since,

besides that, there was GM USA and GM Help/ Helper/ whatever other character he/she/it had.
Though GM help had fairly good english as well (I forgot if USA did, but judging by his name, I hope so)
