Season 4 Cancellation

Season 4 has been a flop and I'm going to cancel it instead of bothering to try and finish it.
Instead I'm going to start working on recreating the league with a new format that should allow for a more successful turnout.
The format is not certain so far, but instead of how it is, it will be more like:
Seasons will be 1-3 months of open gameplay, no designated matches, clans can face other clans at any time they want.
Wins will result in positive points, probably 3, losses will result in negative points, probably -1.
There will be a maximum amount of games you can play against any one team, as well as a minimum amount of games to place in the top 2.
The top 2 will fight in a championship at the end of the season to determine the winner.
There may be a system to alter the point bonuses depending on the challenge of the match, HF beating Unforgiven is a lot more of an accomplishment than Unforgiven beating HF, however, exactly how this will work isn't decided yet. (Based on roster levels is too manipulatable) (Hey.. you used my idea! yay!)

This new system will judge teams not only on their ability to fight in matches, but also how active and motivated they are to participate.

none of this is a done deal, it's still in the workings, and I'll need some time to do the code to accommodate this new system, so theres no ETA yet, but stay tuned. Suggestions are welcome and would be appreciated.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! come on let us finish it only 6 teams left. and if whatever teams dont want to finish it can just drop out. i really want to finish this one because im not coming back next season at least i dont plan on coming back. who else wants to finish it? its not too late.

We canceled it since out of the playoffs, only 1 match was played, and that match was not in the right format or something like that (still don't know why , but Jowy says sooo)

In general the whole season was a flop, it's just pathetic how much of the season is decided by teams withdrawing, breaking up, or through forfeits.
It's a problem thats plagued us since season 1!

you still using the system with the lag issues? like if you frame lag/lag in general or bug unusual. they cant play?
