I would recommend sending the lineup on the day of the match because you never know when things will come up last minute. By sending the lineup in early you lock yourself in to those 6 people (well you can still use one sub but its much safer to not send the lineup in 3 days early).

(I do like that you included classes though that will make it much more viewer friendly to those waiting on results)
