Admin/Game Mod Applications

I'm looking for 1 more admin and 1 more game mod.
Briefly, game mods help make any and all important decisions related to running the league.
Admins help execute decisions that are made, explore options, and generally run the league in terms of contact with managers, stuff relating to matches, etc.
The work is not exactly glorious, and there aren't exactly many perks, but I like to think it's for a good cause (<-- lol?)
Anyway, there will be an application to be considered before just giving the positions away, votes from the game mods and/or the league population may also be considered along with the application. I don't want to make the decision completely on my own but I have very little faith in the league's population's ability to objectively view applicants; I don't want it to be a popularity contest.
So, if you're interested, post in this thread or email the application to admin@rakionleague.com if you don't want it public, the application is as follows:

Position Desired: (Game Mod, Admin, or either)
Technical Skills (Include anything relating to the following 3 categories)
---Graphically (example, photoshop user)
---Coding (example, able to code in html or php)
---Forum Management (example, experience in any type of forum administration or moderation)
Rakion History: (Please keep brief, include things like how long you've been playing, what clans you've been in, what Rakion related events you've been involved in, etc.)

Technical Skills: I have photoshop CS2, basic stuff, actually most of the stuff i learn while messing with pictures for my guide xD)

---Forum Management: errrr...... I'm a game mod already? and forum mod at PR =D, admin of my forums.. I guess
Rakion History:
I've played since closed beta, I've won something from every event (yay for Santa hat =D) I was a clan knight/master for HiredForce since.. it started and currently in WhiteDove, yet still haven't figured out why at softnyx.net, we have the halo 3 icon for our clan symbol (the hell?)
Why do you want this position? (since I have it already)
Why do you think you are qualified for this position? (I'm Asian.. actually I don't know why ^^v)
What differences do you think you could make? (Err. keep the work place from being tooo serious, and to keep an eye out for trouble, and try to keep balance and harmony (lol) to both sides)

Ok, so it's a bad example, but meh. Oh, and the only perks you get as a game mod/ admin is you get mod powers (I think)! You can go edit peoples post! muhahaha

I've been game mod before so I can do this if no one applies. You can go ahead and place higher priority to others though. So... I guess you should read my application last because I want others to have this chance. Hopefully this is a better example than Asianese's... haha Laughing

---Graphics - I've been using Photoshop for nearly a decade
---Coding - I haven't coded in HTML in a while but I think I can if needed to. Don't know CSS and PHP much but I think I can read it.
---Forum Management - I moderate a couple of Rakion forums - 2 right now, hopefully 3 tomorrow (Rakion.biz). Before that, about a decade's experience of moderating/administrating my own forums and friends.

Rakion History:
-To name a few clans: Sacred, LuxLucis, Shonorukyo. I was clan knight of the majority of my past clans and a clan master of 2 of my most favorite clans: Warrior and Darth!
-Played since closed beta
-One of the Original 6 founders of Rakion League

Why do you want this position? (bullshit accepted here)
-I just spent a crapload of Rakion cash (as you know Jowy Laughing

) so I'm not going to be far from Rakion anymore.

Why do you think you are qualified for this position? (beyond technicalities)
-I can't really add anymore apart from the above, but I have to say it's experience (Rakion, League, moderating).

What differences do you think you could make? (Please be explicit)
-I like arguments (and I don't mean fights and flaming). I can usually find a solution to disagreements between two parties when the facts are laid out to me. So settling disputes is a huge factor.

With my qualifications of excellent moderating, administrating i believe i can bring one of the best inputs for the league. I am not in school currently and i have lots of time to help the league. Thats what i can think of now, i just woke up -_-

Why do you want this position? Aims gun at spammer (declined to name)*...nostalgia purposes. maybe actually do something this time around.
Why do you think you are qualified for this position? Well, I have time now. People still come to me for help around the league. I know a lot of the admins/forum mods pretty well. Used to using a forum. Rebuilding RiseA as well, so maybe the league will come along. Was a league admin...a long long time ago...until I quit emostyle.
What differences do you think you could make? (Please be explicit)
Not the website work obviously, but maybe the rest. Whatever happens, happens. I've been a bit more belligerent lately, but I promise to be more diplomatic when it counts. And I'll stomp on a spammer for you guys.

Rakion History: I played for a few years now, got banned the first time, got hacked the second time and third time I came back with my current [A]irakas<3 ninja, I've been in most events, since December 2006 up until the this year's december event and I was unofficial/official knight of RiseA for a while until it disbanded, and still am I think, but unofficially on the webpage. =]
Why do you want this position? Because enforcing rules r fun., and it gives me practice :3

lol, I could recommend some people I guess... Wait... how many admins do we even have right now? We had 6 game mods.. but I think we are down to 5 right now.
Nvrmind I checked, we have 2 admins, and technically 4 game mods, since mint is an admin .. and admin > game mod position.

Technical Skills: in a game mod, whats the point having tech skills. isn't this part of debating? ill i do is research and find a solution.
Administration: im a frozen manager at albertsons, i don't know if this have to do with any skill related work for rakion.
Rakion History: (playing for 8 months, been in xBHx this whole time. ive done 2007 easter threw 2007 Christmas events.)
Why do you want this position? (because i think others will fail at there job, make it worse and then leave the community because ive been there and seen it at other games)
Why do you think you are qualified for this position? (becuase any advice i give is 75% right, its becuase i usually go on what the community says)
What differences do you think you could make? (can probably change the ways and rules on how to play during the rakion league seasons.)

Why do you want this position? (bullshit accepted here) cuz im the shit duhh...and i respect the peoples of this forums...and i show no special treatment to anyone..im a dick equally to everyone
Why do you think you are qualified for this position? (beyond technicalities) cuz im older..not extremely older but more mature then msot people and can dedicate myself to the forums to make sure it stays healthy
