So I'm a senior in high school with the sickest case of senioritis.
I'M FREAKIN BORED!
That said, do you guys know any good anime series?
I don't want full length anime movies or movies in general.
I want anime series.
I like anime's that are more on the serious side.
I like sarcasm more than comedy.
I've watched[the ones worth remembering]:
Cowboy Bebop [finished]
Death Note [halfway done. Amazing]
Paranoia Agent [finished]
Read or Die [finished]
Samurai Champloo [finished]
Serial Experiments Lain [finished]
So. Suggestions before I roll over and die of boredom?

Elfen Lied (has some ecchi/naked scenes and one or two moments of humor, but there is a lot of blood, and more blood, dark mood most of the times)
Serial Experiments Lain (an older anime back in the early 1990's about the internet aka Wired, kind of confusing at times, but well worth it, dark mood)
Gunslinger Girl (young girls brainwashed to be killer machines, shows their work and their lives, sad, dark, and touching at the same time)
Monster (very very long, 50+ episodes)
Higurashi no Naku Koroni (don't underestimate this series, might have cute girls and all, but its way beyond that, if anything, I suggest watching the first 4-6 episodes to get a feel for it, starts out like a normal high school anime, but gets darker and darker)
Higurashi no Naku Koroni Kai (sequel)
Darker than Black (all serious action, one or two moments of humor, should find the HD versions of this)
Seirei no Moribito (aka Guardian of the Spirit) (a woman bodyguard protecting one of the emperor's sons, basically an adventure/action anime, serious most of the times, excellent art and music)
Claymore (mainly action)
Action/Mecha:
Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion
Comedy:
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
edit: Why not some movies? There are a few great movies out there.

I actually own the series Serial Experiments Lain. It was pretty good although I was around 12 when I watched it so I didn't understand it fully. I might rewatch.
I just don't have the patience to sit down and watch a full movie. When something is in a series, it's usually 20 minutes long and ends with a cliff hanger of some sort, leaving the viewer wanting more. That wanting makes me click the next episode and that's how I finish. Plus, I go to the movies every weekend.

The male Hellsing, Alucard, yes. Though only 13 minutes. Also would recommend Ninja Scroll, the series. Karas, is good too.
