Yeah, that's my friggin College's internet -_-. When I'm at home I'm fine, but for some reason when I'm at college I get that ping w/ anyone who doesn't have their routers set up a certain way (which is why I can get most of my clan-mates in games with me, they tweak their routers to be able to play with me). I've tried fixing it...Gene has given me countless ideas, none of which have yielded any results.
My freshman year I could play rakion fine....since then though it's been crappy and lovable.
