So what are they all now?
0-4: nothing
5-7: yellow
8-11: pea green?
12-14: red??
15:... ???

and yea, you're right, yellow starts at +4

also

weapon glow ONLY depends on your primary weapon!!! ranged/secondary weapons dont affect the glow at all, so both your weapons will glow based on your primary weapon.

uh +10 glows dark green, player..... weird because before patch it would glow a bright green o.O
