1. Some of you may know that I have lag issues, players attacks dont register as hit x 1 on me for about a second after they hit me, I stay looking like chaos if I die as chaos, I cant grip etc.
Am I still allowed to play in the league?

2. I think this is cheating, and im sure it could never be proven, but I want to know the league's stance on other clan members using each other's characters in matches.

Its up to the team you play if wether or not they will put up with your lagg, and for number two ill wait for someone to answer that since I'm not sure.

basically for the lag issue, if there are complaints then an admin will test u out and determine whether u are truly unable to play.

for the second u can have an account in the league as long as its on the roster... u cant have 2 accounts on the league roster though.
once u have registered an account on the league roster u can play as any of the 3 (or more) characters u have on that account

There is NO playing on other people's accounts. If we start getting a lot of complaints about this we will start checking IPs of all players before starting a clanwar. This is not something that we want to have to do so please just play on your own accounts.
