Where does the green glow come from and does the elemental shoulders glow?

people say its a glitch. that soon you will only beable to glow if u have like +5 enchanted and no the shoulders do not glow unless u enchant them

Enchant +1 - +4 would probably give blue glow.
Enchant 5+ green glow.
Don't know if there's anything after green.

well i posted my aqua shoulder and my rakion crashed, when i reloaded it it has two updates and my stuf no longer glowed, so maybe its glitched and they fixing it or. they will only glow when maxed out and the color dpeneds on the rank of the armor aka 1-11 -31 etc
or it fors when Item Attribute comes out

| Green comes from bracers and blue comes from shoulders. As long as they're +1 or more, they will glow. |
