er....I always wondered do girls feel the cold wearing a skirt in the winter? Retarded question, but I've always wondered while watching animes, when the school girls wear their uniform in winter.

you dont have to watch anime.
you see them wearing mini skirts or really short shorts everywhere.
they have like a jacket and a miniskirt. wtf
i wonder why i never aksed anyone about taht.

same here.
i wear two shirts everyday and i still feel cold and the wind goes through my shoes.
I also need wear pants everyday.
and i dont sleep with pajamas, but i sleep with real pajamas.

All the girls i know would wear skirts on cold days, even flip flops. They have legging, leg warmers, knee socks, etc.

Well, like I was saying, it doesn't have to be in anime. I mean I still see girls in real life running around in skirts in the winter.
