Game Mods read this (no spamming pls)

Ok a certain issue was raised when my clan entered the league. We added Legalos to our roster and a few days later the application was addressed by Zetapoo informing us that Legalos was banned from the League for severe actions that he had performed several seasons ago.

I had been told that the game mods have been discussing the decision whether or not to allow him to play in the league and some haven't even made a single post that I can tell about the issue. As it stands this issue was brought up about two weeks ago and season 4 is close to beginning.

A big problem with this issue is that the REAL Legalos no longer plays the account and that he gave it to his friend who I call [Tezuka]. Alot of people say that he is lying because they share the same unique lag. Legalos and Tez know each other in real life and live in the same area and have the same internet service. So the unique lag would be very similar. This part of them having the same lag issue can be proved because GanNing also knows Tezuka in real life and lives in the same area and ALSO shares the same unique lag.

I dont think it's fair that because the account was given to a different person that that DIFFERENT person should be penalized because of what someone else did on the League forums. I'm sure if someone in particular who had just bought their account or had one given to them and then they were told they were not aloud to participate in the League because of what someone else did before them prohibited their account from being used, they would throw a hissy fit. You know who you are that I refer to. So take it into serious consideration when you say that a totally different person on a familiar account is banned from the League because of something they didn't do.

This post was originally suppose to be about the mods making a decision because it is not fair to our clan that one of our members be thrown aside and then a discussion started and yet the season still approaches and nothing has been said. Artavi and I have both irritated ShortJowy to death asking him what the outcome has been and he gives us the same answer that you guys are "discussing it". The mods, who accepted the responsabilities that come with organizing the League when they became a mod, need to make a decision soon. Our clan has waited for awhile now and we need a decision about this important issue.

oh, so let's say that learned gave his account away (please no comments to this), or say zetapoo.
Would other people see it as that? I'm pretty sure most people would still call learned.. whatever learned is called.. and zetapoo would still be kicked from so many games. When you gain someone's account, you gain their reputation as well. If you really don't want his reputation, either show that you are different and that you aren't like the original, or start new (aka a lvl 1 account).
My suggestion is a simple apology(if it was the orginal) or I swear I am not yada yada and won't do blah blah (if it is this new dude), from the user (as in, he actually post here, not you kaz, since I still haven't seen him post O_O) If he is able to do that, I would vote to let him in, since he shows that he actually cares and wants to redeem the "legalos" name.
as for preseason..
It's preseason, not many rules apply.. only to have your clan name over it.. and you don't summon and all the other things.. scheduling and roster and all that can be altered a bit .. just for preseason...

i dont think legalos should be allowed at all, I find using accounts that you didn't raise on your own pathetic... even so, legalos' ban came with the character
