There is a problem with people router abusing to get out of hits.

There is also a problem with hits not registering sometimes in mage freeze

Sometimes certain mages accuse people of router abuse when this happens, so what would the leagues stand on this be?

League stance is that the accusations are meaningless, and while no one wants to be cheated out of hits or a juggle because someone router tapped, there is nothing we can do about it.
This whole router-tapping has become one of these paranoia things that everyone seems to throw around when anything happens now... I'm thoroughly convinced that fewer people router tap than people think... but I can't be sure on that...
