potions

I was discussing the rakion league rules some time ago at the unforgiven forum. It was about cells.. and how league was about testing skill... even though chars like bs were made for summoning and golem killing....

We had a scrim with newdawn today and lost really bad, our juggles fealt pointless because the victim just wouldnt die intime because of the potion spamming... Im not saying we lost mainly cos of pots by they helped them alot.

when u think about it, 6 AP pots that add 40% each gives the user a bonus 240% AP.... if a whole team had that how hard would it to kill them? of course theyd have HP and otehr potions aswell...
just curious to what everyone thinks about the potions...

Stop crying about pots and use them. Tig is the only one with more than one pot. He used 3 in the scrim. If we are going to cry about pots lets cry about levels or pu points as well. "No Skill". Buy them and use them.

When pu points give you instant 40% of my armor back or interrupts and knocks down everyone around me, then I'll consider it no skill.

This has already been discussed, and it was determined that potions will be used in the league without limitation. Softnyx won't do anything about it because there is no need, with some of your mindsets I think everyone would be happier back in the days of "archer bug."

Be a little progressive and adapt to the times. If you cant beat them, join them, and if you don't want to join them, accept that they will have an advantage because they support the company.

Also, juggling is pointless due to Fear potions, once the juggle starts, bam, Fear pot, and hes out of it.

Economically speaking, spending a bunch of cash for potions for this league is pretty meaningless. The cash prize (if there is one) is only 10,000.

btw tonedtokill, your juggles FEALT pointless because they were pointless. 1 shot smith juggles do terrible damage. Our warrior special juggles are going to out damage them without a problem. I got to give it to your ninja tho. She made me think twice before going after your archers. I am in total shock that pravus feels the need to make excuses for their loss. Especially with all the excuses that get thrown at them for their lag. We played 3 scrims with you guys in the past 2 days. We lost the first one and adjusted to your lag. We had the same potions in the first game and you did fine. Maybe you should just observe your strategy n figure out the problem.

i think i'll stick to spamming my 1 fear pot per round.

unless im blind, it only takes about 3 smith hits to take out 40% of my armor. and im running on 286 which is roughly around how much a warrior is capable of. i don't think that takes very long to take out in a juggle.

master armor gives more than divinity does, which i believe nihm is wearing.
